Dear Sir/Madam

I booked a cab from Easy Cabs to reach New Delhi Railway Station from my residence under the booking ID A042701613 on 27.04.10. I got the confirmation along with chauffer number and car no., however no car reached me. When I tried Chauffer's mobile no. it was switched off and on calling Easy Cabs they said that the cab cannot reach me.

It was a breach of faith as this almost led to the missing of my train. I would urge the authorities to take necessary action against the Easy Cabs so that they should not play with the time of the consumers.
