I booked Easy Cabs taxi the previous evening for an early morning ride from home to Bangalore City Station. They sent a confirmation SMS immediately to my mobile with a booking number. But there was no sign of the cab at the specified time next morning, and when I called they coolly told me that the booking was canceled due to vehicle non-availability! They did not bother calling ahead, and I never received the cancellation SMS they had supposedly sent. Thoroughly unprofessional outfit! I will never rely on this company for advance bookings. Compare this with the 'Fast Track' network in Chennai that has never failed me in the 2 years I have used their service. Their drivers are always in 15 minutes ahead of time.
