EASY CAB: Worse Radio taxi service

Iam Udham S Hooda @ 9818378400. I booked a cab with Easy Cab to reach Nizamudin station from Faridabad. It was very urgent to reach on time, so i called up some Radio taxi service so as to reach my destination on time. Though Easy Cab was charging me Rs.20/Km, which is much more than a standard rate of Rs. 15/Km. But i prefered paying more over missing on my schedule.

They sent me a sms at 1:30 PM abt the confirmation of booking at 7:30 PM. I was just waiting for the cab and suddenly i got a sms from Easy Cab mentioning their inability to arrange a cab. And the worse part is that the sms was sent at 7:17 PM.

It was a big trouble for me and they are responsible for all the stress and problems i faced.
