Not even informed when the request got cancelled due to unavailabilty of Ca

I booked a cab for urgent medical emergency from Gachibowli to Malkajgiri and the customer care representative confirmed me on call that the cab will pick up me at 5.15pm and he will be sending the confirmation message in 10 mins however I dint received any confirmation message after 10 mins and when I called back... the response I got was rediculous... the other rep says that the request got cancelled due to unavailabilty of cabs..It is thier mere responsibity to inform the customer if the service is not provided... because of that I got delayed for my doctor appointement.
