Cancellation of booking

Hi,
myself Inderjeet Singh Kunner, booked a cab on 6th oct, 10:30am for 11:30am. I was told that i will get a confirmatuin within 15 min. I waited till 11:00 am, called back them & asked for confirmation but this new exec told me to wait, within 15 min i will get confirmation. At 11:30 i called back again to know the status, and was surprised to know that the booking was cancelled.
The question here is : 1) if they did not have a car to service me, then they should have cancelled the booking in the first 15 minutes, giving me a chance to book a cab elsewhere. 2) they take a time of 15 min each time, but do not revert back, so it again becomes a call for us to make and remind them. 3) after waiting for 1 hour, that is from 10:30 to 11:30, my time of departure, i am being told that the booking cancelled, so what am i to do with my scheduled programme? Is the company pay me for any damages caused to me due to my non-fulfilment of obligation because of the easy cabs incompetence.
Upon it when i ask the exec. For the physical address of the agency she was unwilling to do so.
I want this kind of incompetent & non-proffessional radio taxis to be taken off the road or else be punished to derer them doing this kind of non-service next time.
