This is my fist and worst experience with easycab I had booked a cab from your call centre from Kandivali to Mira Road at 5 pm, The booking number given to me was A101314203.I was told that I will get the cab and driver info before one hr of pick up time. When the details didnt come at 6 pm I called up at the call centre to enquire, but to my shock and disbelief I was told that my booking stands cancelled. This was done even without informing me. I will never suggest anybody to use easycab now onwards
