I am extremely dissatisfied with Easycabs taxi service. I travel regularly and I pay this high to get assured service. Now if that is one thing I don't get, I am bound to be extremely mad with your system.

I had booked a cab for today 05.30am from anand vihar to new delhi railway station. I was promised by the customer service of easycabs one day prior that I will receive the cab on time. I called at 5, 5.10, 5.20am the same day asking I haven't recd the details and if the cab is on time. All I got was procrastination and unclear answers yet assuring I will receive status of my cab 'SOON'. In the end at 5.30am, I was told that the cab won't come!!

It is just not acceptable and I want a formal apology and remedy for the extreme inconvenience caused to me let alone the mental torture the company has put me through.
