I, Ramesh Reddy, booked 4 tickets in the following names on May 25, from Hyderabad to Mumbai.

Passenger 1 RameshKumar Reddy Age 39 DOB 22/05/1970

Passenger 2 Lakshmi Sireesha Reddy Age 33 DOB 08/02/1977

Passenger 3 Lakshita Reddy Age 07 DOB 11/10

Passenger 4 Shrutak Reddy Age 04 DOB 02/02

I have also booked a ticket to Hyderabad on May 21 from Mumbai and the Confirmation ID is 63GVYSD02 and PNR ZQKALD. However I did not receive the eTicket in my mail account. I spoke to Salim Ansari in customer care from my number, 9702004688, on May 11 at 11:44 p.m. regarding the issue and on May 12 around 12:31 a.m. my problem was resolved and I was sent a mail at my Email ID rameshk.reddy@idea.adityabirla.com with resolution.

I really appreciate the commendable job done by Mr. Ansari as he resolved the problem nearly in an hour’s time. I would like to pay him a token of thanks to him to resolve the issue personally and speedily. The company really offers great customer service. Keep up the good work!
