Poor Quality of Engine

Dear sir,

The email dated dated 29-06 seems unattended till date by Maruti Udyag as on date since they have not acknowledges as on date.

We shall be obliged if proper investigation is done at Maruti Service Masters as to why this problem has occurred that to when the Vehicle has run only

833 K M. This seems that there is very poor Quality control at Mfr's end and or there is no quality control which is not proper

We feel that Maruti Udyog should replace the vehicle in question and should replace with the new one as a matter of POOR QUALITY PRODUCT. If such type of product is sold in the market will certainly bring a bad name name

Dear sir,

We have purchased 8 Maruti Vehicles on 31-05 from your Show Room as below :

1. Alot Vxi 1 No.

2 Zen Estilo Vxi 4 Nos

3 EECO Vxi 3 Nos

This is painful that one (1) EECO bearing registration DL3 CAZ 9120 Model 2010 Chassis No.133825 and Engine No. 114227 and has run only 833 Km.

On 28-06 the vehicle started giving abnormal noise and stopped. The under signed contacted Mr. Ashish Rangan over phone who very kindly advised to call Maruti On Road Service on toll Free Number.

The M O S certainly came and given a slip dated 28-06 at 7.50 P M copy attached for your ready ref. please, and advised to take the vehicle to Maruti Service Masters with the help of Crane only instead of Towing with the help of any vehicle since this may cause further damage in the Engine.

The Bill No. 2560 dated 28-06 of M/s Jagdish Auto Mobile Engineers (Break Down Service) is attache here too for reimbursement of the said exp. of Rs. 1500/-

An immediate action is required in this regard
