LATE DELIVERY OF VEHICLE

I have booked for Black Thunderbird twin spark bike from Royal enfield Adyar Brand store on 15 Jun10. I was promised that i would get the delivery of my bike by 90 days. Now it is more than 120 days, i still has not got the delivery of bike. further the manger of the store is not in position to give further dates or days required for the delivery of bike. This is bad as my money is blocked, as i have paid the full amount for delivery. When will i get the delivery of bike? I am not entailed for compensation / interest for the money deposited?
