Baggage Miss - Lost Valuable Items

I have received baggage in tampered condition and following items are not found in my baggage.

1. my France shopping items (perfumes 5 bottles)

2. one biscuit packet (i purchased 4 biscuit packets - only 3 are found)

3. foreign currency coins collection is my hobby - my baggage should have 2 Euro, 1 Euro, 50 cent, 20 cent, 5 cent, 2 cent and 1 cent coins)

Declared items on customs application are Perfumes - 15000 INR, Clothes -

1000 INR, Shoes - 1500 INR, Electrical Stove - 1500 INR, Biscuits &

Chocolates together as 1000 INR.

In fact the same and above items were declared on the customs claim form

(declared worth of 15000 INR for perfumes) as well Property Irregularity

Report form.

Also weight of my suitcase while check in time is 22 Kg and at the time of

receiving is 20 Kg. Its really strange to me.

Value of Loss of Items is worth of 237.96 Euros (two hundred and

thirty seven euros and ninety six pens).

I have recommended to all of my collegues not to TRAVEL By JET and PASS IT ON TO ALL KNOWN GUYS this incident.

JET'S CUSTOERCARE is VERY VERY WORST - THEY SIMPLY LEAST BOTHERED...

I SUSUSPECT JET or its related agencies must be having a big network in BAGGAGE TAMPERING/THEFT.
