No response for road side assistance

Hi, more than 3 generation we are using royal en field but now i am very ashamed of your customer satisfaction and road side assistance. i take the bike from mdu show room and on April i went kerala on it . there i am facing with a starting trouble and i am calling for road side assistance near by show room ADOOR they are not responding to it. the bike is kerala only with out running pls consider this issue as a serious compliant .this is my contact no:09659399548
