IOCL / Domestic cooking gas
Delivery not in time

Dear sir/madam,

Good day,

Please note that the domestic cooking gas distributor M/s Magadh Enterprises of my locality i.e Sardar Patel Colony, Kurji, Patna-800010 (Bihar) is not supplying the gas in time. The delay of the delivery of the cooking gas is such that if you do not keep reminding the distributor they are not going to supply the cooking gas. After repeated complain at the Kolkata office and the Patna office the situation has not changed. Keeping in view of the problem my humble request is to kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that the people receiving the cooking gas from this distributor get the cooking gas in time. The past and the present history of this distributor is not good at all. Waiting for your kind co-operation at the earliest.
