Vehicle immobilized for the past 3 weeks

Hi, My name is Dinu Aniyan from Bangalore. I have purchased an electric scooter from trinity yobykes, Bangalore, HRBR layout this Feb. Till date i haven't received any documents regarding the registration except the insurance copy.

another ting is that my vehicle has been immobilized for the past 3 weeks at home. It just stopped running literally in the middle of the road which made me push the vehicle to my house. This happened just after the first service.

Then i called the service center thrice to get the vehicle mobilized. as they had told me at the time of delivery that there will be 1 year on road service for the vehicle.

Once i waited for them without going for work, but no use.

All i have paid for the vehicle is approx Rs.44500/-. They delivered the vehicle to me without the speedometer cable and gave me an old charger.

I would like to know the procedure to file a case in the consumer court.
