Refusing to change the parts of bike

I had purchase honda cb unicorn dazzler from emerald honda shahibaugh soliater 8 months ago and now i want to give it in insurance in order to repair the damages but they are refusing to take it giving reasons that parts are not available with the company and i have enquired for 3 times but was not attended properly so please take some actions soon.
