Delay in cyllinder supply after reapeted remaide

Espcted sir,
i santosh kumar mandal, resident of D-3/36, mangal bazar road, sangam vihar new delhi-62, bharat gas consumar no-6704, am sufferig from our distibuter's repead ill behabior and delay in cyllinder supply, i have been told that gas will be booked after 22 days and after bookig they supply after 10 days after repeated call, the gap of inbetween day are not counted,
therefore i request you to look into the matter and help me and many others suffering the same fate in our locality.
