I was booking a ticket (COK-DXB) for my wife through Emirates Airlines website which resulted in failed transaction, but my wife was still charged for the ticket from her Federal Bank Credit card account (statement attached). My case has to be followed-up with Emirates Customer Service in India as the ticket was to be issued from India.

I’ve been continuously in contact with Emirates for reversal of the same but there was no positive response though they agree being their fault. Later, Emirates responded that they had done everything from their side for the reversal but my bank confirms (Email attached) that there have not been any updates yet from Emirates.

Emirates Customer Service haven't shown the minimum courtesy to respond to my several mails or take the trouble of investigating into the same considering being a loyal customer.
