Promotion not honored - Free upgraded from Business class to First on any one of the return journey

I had booked a return Business class ticket from AMD-ZRH-BOM (PNR HGU5V2) on emirates when they were having the promotion of free upgrade on one return leg from Business class to first class.

I even wrote to emirates a few days before travel (email pasted below) but its been 15 days and know acknowledgement yet. I'm a skywards silver member (I was skywards Gold for two years preceding last year) and have seen Emirates service go down considerably in the last one year.

I request some sort of a compensation for not honoring this promotion - which was a reason why I selected emirates to fly on this trip, when I could have chosen to fly direct on Swiss air for a lot less on business class.

Please find attached my eticket for which I have used the first leg (amd-zrh). I understand emirates india has a current promotion whereby on a business class ticket, one leg would be freely upgraded to first class. I’m attaching my ticket for your reference so that you can confirm that ZRH-BOM would be upgraded to first class.
