I lodged a acomplaint at this platform which was also acknowledged by your goodself on 6th July regarding non attending the brake pads during continue 5 services resulting mental tension during my Bikaner visit in which a lot of noise was suffered. Although, the company has earmarked check points regarding brake pads but everybody is used to tick mark all the points without checking such sensitive points.

After that I received a call from the service center (Malviya Nagar, Jaipur) but no information was given regarding the action will be taken in future so that any mishappening may be avoided with your any valuable customer.
