Sir i had purchased a new i20 diesel car from eros motors nagpur dealer, in the month of nov after a month of period car tyre start bubbling contacting dealer about the complaint dealer engg says pls send your vehical for inspection at the time of first servicing which was due after 2 months keep driving till that time after 2 months of time at the time of 1 service they check the car along with my tyre bubbling complaind & said that ur vehical was bubbling due to less pressure of air now the vehical is ok there is no more problem after this car start bubbling again complaing further they says ur car needs a wheel balancing chech up & aalloy wheel weight which was done at the time of second service i.e. on dt 04/05 for which they charge me rs.595/- after this car start again bubbling with in 10 days i further complaind to dealer they say we have to forward ur complain to tyre co whose enggineer will check the tyre & will replace it.on dt 24/05 they simply give me a letter refusing to replace my car tyre saying that tyre co apollo make refuse to replace the 2 tyre for the non manufacutring deffect further stateing that the tyre were wear due to sudden braking & not due to manufacturing deffect i want to complaint & asked them should one not apply a break if any vehical comes in front of u shoud u allow ur vehical to dashed with other vehical.
