Dear Sir,

T would like to bring to notic about a company registered at Indaia mart and having trust seal by you named Essen Metals and Alloys pune. i ve transfer Rs. 60000 and Rs. 75000 on dated 27/2 and 5/3 for purchasing some material of profile and shed Net form this comp. this comp. director told me the material is ready and he will dispatch in 6th of march and u will get upto 15th of march but i ve not received any material then i made contact number of time but he cut my phone and send me a message "i m busy call back later" after lot of phone call he sended me a L.R. no of omlogistic when i check it was false then after that he makes no of false commitment upto entire Aprail months. after that i decided to lodge FIR Against him then i submit a complaint against him at our police station Gadarpur. The Sub Inspector had phone to Mr. Rawat then he told i need some day i will definitely return money but this person dint return the money. This person is cheater and taking 100% money advance then doesent send material. I ve all evidence to proof and many person i know personely cheated by this party.
