Sir,

on 24.01.2011 i have given my CBZ EXTREME bike KL.32B.1939 on MS&S MOTORS (Palarivatom Cochin) for servicing. Vehicle hasbeen given for normal servicing, Gear complaint and for repairing clutch and loosing Accelator cable and also for clearcot painting. But they have cheated me, by saying that they will return the Bike within three days they have repeated this dialogue for many days. So i complainted it through HeroHonda website. I got my bike on 05.02.2011.But they have not done anything on my complaints. The condition of the bike is very pathetic. For Example the accelator cable is not turningand the gear is not working also the clutch. I think iam now in condition because i complaint it to the customer care. They had taken from me a fees of RS 1740/-IN FUTURE MS&S WILL BE A BIG QUESTION MARK FOR U...
