Transfer of Ownership

Dear Sir,

We have taken Chevrolet AVEO 1.4 LS in company name from Kun Automobile at Hyderabad and taken a loans through GMAC Financial Services vide Loan Account No.

8056/70762857/1054878 Dated 18-09

7661/70762951/1051988 Dated 26-04

All the installments is paid. The GMAC is now no more in India and Closed Down their Business and was taken over by Barckalys Financial Services.

I check the same on Barclays Toll Free Number and requested them about the details and they are denying and informed us that our port-folio is not available with them.

Now Transfer of Ownership is an Issue. In this scenario who is responsible as the Barklay is washing its responsibility.

I request you to take the above into consideration and help us in resolving and transferring the ownership
