Euro Packers and Movers
Almara and other goods damaged and no response from Service agent

Hi

I had booked the Packing & Moving service from Euro Packers and Movers Thane for shifting my house hold furniture from Thane to Hyderabad.

The total Cost including Insurance for Rs. 50, 000 (Goods Worth) is Rs.10, 000/- . At the time of payment they said like they will e-mail the insurance details which is not happened. After delivery, I found my Iron Almara is completely damaged and its not useable any more. And my Luggage suitcases are completely Wet spoiling my dozens of Shirts & Pants.

and the Pillows are wet and getting the routen smell, I need to throw them in Trash, The total goods damaged are worth 13000/- . Now when I call them they says like they will send, and next time they are not at all lifting my phone. So what should I do in this case. To whom I need to contact and where should I lodge a complaint for Cheating & Fraud Services.
