Non Disclosure of Tariff and Bad Behavior of Drive

Hired a Indica from this Car Rental Service - "Excellent Cabs" - 080 - 41255555. They had a package for within-city hires called 4hrs-400rs-40 kms. Hired the cab at 730 pm and was dropped back at 1130 pm. However, the cab driver connected to his office (after reaching destination at 1130pm) and i got to know that after 10 pm the charges are actually "One and Half" times total i.e 400*1.5 = 600. I don't understand if 1.5 times of fare is applicable after 10pm, how can it be charged on entire amount of 400??? when the hire start time was 730? Do these guys understand basic and fair logic that it should be atleast pro-rated?

I countered this with the guy over the phone. It resulted in a altercation and meanwhile the cab-driver started abusing and misbehaving. It was totally unprofessional and outright unacceptable.

What's the solution for this, i do not know. Extremely frustrating to deal with these rowdies, with no effective solution in sight.
