EXCIDE BATTERIES
DIS FUNCTIONING OF EXCIDE BATTERIES WITH IN WARRANTY

Dear Sir,

We had been using Exide Battery for our tankers. Two Batteries were purchased MHD 880 on 19.06.2010 vide dealer invoice no 21956 dt 19-06 the same got discharged within GUARANTEE PERIOD. Every time we lodge complaint to your dealer NATRAJ ELECTRICALS, DELHI But the same is sent back to us after charging and claiming battery charging rate and after few days it starts again dis- functioning. Several time we approached to dealer but every time same response received from dealer so far. Please suggest me what should I do. It is surprising that the new Battery has functioned only for about 12 Months. Whereas on your warranty card it is mention free replacement within 18 months, If it is then what the use of giving guarantee on Batteries new replacing them.

Appropriate action is anticipated.
