Exide matrix car battery
Defective battery

I purchased matrix car battery type MA 35 R Mfg Code 4L8 Sr. no 229515 on 14.8 2009 from Exide dealer M/s Sunny Auto Electrical Engineers.

The battery has a warranty of 60 months. It is not working. I complained to helpline 32711111 (delhi region) They came checked the battery and found it defective. I got in touch with area service engineer Mr. Ajit Pal Singh & Mr. Anil Verma Sr. Service Engineer Delhi Region but my battery has not been replaced till date despite my best efforts. Please intervene so that my battery is replaced which is under warranty.
