Delay of Courier & Odd behaviou

Express IT Courier: The worst of the worst and India's most pathetic courier service ever.
I was supposed to be delivered a PIN for my Bank Card on the 3rd of June but i still haven't been delivered, now its 8th of June. My bank, HSBC, which is a very reputable bank internationally has absolutely bundled on their preferred courier partners, they couldn't have made a worse choice.
1. there is a delay of 8 days on such an important piece of document which my bank promises me delivery of within 4 days of application on their website, I applied on the 1st of June.
2. The custom care number for Express IT [022-39539500] is very hard to get through and keeps disconnecting mid-way. I have had to call them up at-least 5 times to have a single conversation. This should ideally be my bank's job.
3. I have been trying to call them yup since las three days and every-time i'm promised and assured that i will receive the courier that very day and that it is lying in their branch. But sadly this has never transpired but still they keep on insisting on the same.
4. The most pathetic is their behavior with their customers as if they just don't care, specially in this day and age of consumer satisfaction. They keep repeating the same thing on the phone that it is a technical fault and it will be delivered today like for ever. Which is not only completely frustrating as customer but also a lie that i have heard now for too many times.
I strongly suggest one and all to beware of these guys and never to deal with them in the future. I will ofcourse write to my bank and insist that they should find a better alternate asap.
