I booked Hyundai Verna Fluidic in May while paying the advance they said that they will deliver it in 1 month. But after few weeks they sai the production is slow it will take other 1 month. After a month I received a letter from Hyundai stating i will be receiving the car on 20th of July, based on this I have booked a fancy number for some amount of cost which will be valid for one month only. Then when ever I try calling this Express hyundai guys I end up in pressure. They never give proper response for the calls either to land line or to mobile. in between I got a call from hyundai stating it would take 150 days to deliver the car. when I enquired with dealer they said u will get it by july 1st week. no one in that office knows what is happening... I wonder how they end up in profitable revenue... The most worst customer care i have faced... What can be done for this?
