Non delivery of courier and no response

I have been expecting a courier through Express-It (AWB# 8610531926). They attempted delivery at the wrong address and marked it as exception in their system. They are not attempting redelivery and also not responding to calls now. All their number mentioned on the website are dead; (Pune Customer Support Tel : 020 - 32314470/32315025/32313434/32313536).

The parcel has my bank documents and I am increasingly worried about it safety and delivery. ExpressIt people are very irresponsible with the parcel and their deliveries and I want to warn anyone using their service.

I want to lodge a complaint against this careless service and want to know the status of my parcel. Please look into this urgently.
