WORST COURIER service by Express it Kochi

This is to express my strong disgust at the pathetic service provided by your COCHIN branch. My consignment containing my PAN CARD, reached COCHIN on 12/04 at 11.02 am through ExpressIT courier.

I never got any call from you mentioning about the arrival of the consignment.

After I called to your Kochi office on 17/04/10, I was told that the consignment would be delivered on 18th. I have made atleast 15 calls to your COCHIN & MUMBAI office regarding the same. It is shocking that there has not been even a single call from your side.

The consignment has not been delivered till date. I have got atleast 7 delivery commitments from you that it would be delivered at so and so time. But the same has never happened. Your office is hardly 2-3kms from the delivery address. Does it take 8 days to make a local delivery??? If yes, then what kind of a service are you boasting about on your website.

A customer care which has not even bothered to call me even once during the entire course of events and you talk about 360" customer logistics management.

Staff at the Cochin office questioned me as to why am I complaining when they have never called informing me about the arrival of my consignment. I hope they know that customers, today, are well informed to track their consignments online.

This is undoubtedly the worst courier service I have encountered. How can you be so insensitive to a customers requirements? Atleast have the courtesy to talk politely to your customers and inform them timely about the status instead of arguing on baseless grounds.
