No received cashback amount

Hi

I have booked two tickets on 01-Nov, the Ezeego1 reference number: EZR-751891/A and EZR-752040/A. Since 08-Nov, I am chasing with customer care executive for the cash back amount. Finally I got complaint#515-103647 on 17-Nov. I have sent mail to CS head also, but no response. What can I do to get the cash back amount?
