Worst Servicing

This is regarding my Omni Van (E). The registeration number is as follows:

DL-5C F1941

I handed over the van to the representative of the dealer for servicing with following complaints.

1. Problem in opening of left hand side window

2. Abnormal voice in the vehicle while driving

3. Any other problem if found in checking the vehicle

The dealer informed me that there will be an expenditure of around Rs.4000/ and the vehicle can be delivered back to my home in the evening. I agreed to it.

When their representative came in the evening to return my car, I was astonished to see that nothing was done in the name of servicing. Following points may please be noted in this regard.

1. Cleaning was not done. There was dust even on the carpets and window panes inside and I showed it to the representative.

2. Window glass of right hand side (just behind driver's seat) became free and can be opened even when the vehicle is locked.

3. I complained that there is a problem in opening the glass of lef hand side window but that was not ractifed and it was as it is.

4. My steppnie was removed with some other one and that too without a rim and cover. I have written down my registeration number on my steppnie and I showed this to the person while handing over the vehicle.

I did not take back my vehicle and returned it to the dealer. They misbehaved with me and were not ready to accept their follies.

I want my vehicle back with a satisfacotry servicing. This is very ironic that the customer is ready to pay whatever you suggest but in return we are not getting the right service. Kindly look into the matter. It is really disturbing that Fair Deal Cars is not fair at all while dealing with after sales servicing.
