False commitments

This fair deal cars showroom in delhi is the worst showroom..They dont knw how to deal with the customers. They used to false promises. I brought a car Alto K10, they told me that they used to give 7 ltrs of petro; which would be i think enough to reach home bt jst after departing frm the showroom the petrol was nt there nd i hav to ask for driver..

They told to hand me the car within a day after getting DD from the bank..bt they are failed to do so..

i got a delivery of the car nxt day in the night. Their senior team manager used to abuse the customers on phn..his name is surinder... this is the worst showroom and nobody should go there to buy a car.

Even after complaining so much they are not bothered about the customers.
