FAIRDEAL MOTORS
POOR SERVICING/ FAKE BILLS

I HAVE WAGON R LXI purchase from fairdeal last year. this time they have called up for servicing and i had given them for it. in the evening they have handed over car and as per them withcomplete servicing.

following problems i have faced since then :-

a) wheel alignment was out, car was going in left direction.

b) steering become too heavy to handle

c) car was dirty from inside and smell of oil/ grease was inside

d) invoice submitted to me as JOB CARD RETAIL CASH MEMO in which they have charged me SERVICE TAX / VAT, but there is no TIN NO, / SERVICE TAX number and no name of the company on the top of the invoice. it is absolutely fake practice of working.

after calling them, they said they would be taking care of it, but no response from their end. tried to approach MARUTI GURGAON OFFICE, but could not reach there. want to show them their bill in which norms were not followed while issuing the invoice. it shows the intention of theirs. they care charging vat/ service tax to customer but may not be depositing with the department.

someone there to help me out.

NEVER GIVE YOU VEHICLE FOR SERVICING TO FAIRDEAL MOTORS. THEY CHARGED HANDSOMELY BUT QUALITY IS BIG ZERO.
