False Commitment/Bad Behaviou

I have purchase a Maruti Ritz from Fair Deal Noida on 16/5.

But they people are so much irresponsible never fulfill their commitment, first they give me 7 day waiting for Ritz and i Deposited token money, when i contact them after 7 days then they ask me i have to wait 3 more days, when i reached there after 3 days they told that they can't arrange car they need 15-20 more days then i contact to their General Manager Mr. mahinder, he arrange a car for me and give me 2 days later time. On delivery date Executive Mr Manish Saini hand over me a car which was already billed to another customer, then again i met to Mr. GM, however they sort out all the descripencies and finallly on 17/5 i came home with a car.

After that they take 7 days to give me temporary Number after so many reminders, and till now i contacted 10-15 times for my Registration Number but all is vain. Daily they are making fool to me.

Even GM Mr. Mahinder is also not pickking up the phone.

Don't know how I deal which these people.
