Not providing Right info to customers

All the Staff Members who ever came in touch with us gave us a false information regarding purchase of a new car even though we have provided the right info to them.
I beleive they are not the right persons to be contacted for the purchase of car and relevant service.
Why don't they share right information with the customers? why their cell often be missed at the recption? why their subordinates switch off mobile after commiting to meet customer?
