Defects in tracto

I purchused farmtrac 65epi in may, from naini traders bilaspur

there are some defect in the tractor since it was purchased, defects are as follows:--

1) Leakage in the fuel tank.

2) rear axcel seal is leak.

3) Leakage in mobiloil fiilter assembly

many times contacted the dealer for these problems they say that it will be resolved but no action was taken. even there was some scratch card scheam also but was provided.
