Booking of cab but cancelled the booking with out informing

HI,

I have booked a cab from Ambattur to KK.nagar at 10:00 Am on 1.1.12, i got confirmation also that i will get tata indica cab at 7:00pm. but even after 7:15 pm i did not get the cab, i called FAST TRACK toll free number, they told me that it got cancelled, There is no information about the cancellation to me.only after i called them they are informing me.

This is very worst customer service by Fast track cab at chennai.
