Irresponsive behaviour or Lethargic attitude for Fast track people

I had booked call taxi for my elderly parents who were travelling by train to salem,

i had booked 9.30 pm booking no 11040 - booking date : 27th Aug i requested them not too delay & inform them i will missout on train - instead of reapeated calls driver was not alloted, when called my call was kept on hold there was no proper response - till 9, 30 i was told that call taxi will come after whci call was kept on hold or disconnected.

it was compelte waste of time & enregy.

Please do not use this service & at the time of need.
