Poor Service Centres

I had bought a Fiat Linea Emotion, (WB 20 U 4441) around a year ago and since then I have got my Air Conditioner repaired 4 times. I have spent immense amount of money and time on this car and still it has not been repaired. On the 27th of August I has sent my car to Lexux Motors Ltd. workshop in Kolkata for AC repairs. On calling them up they say they cannot figure out what the problem is. Its been 8 days now and the amount of money I have spent on private taxi is immense. I have gone through a lot of physical and mental harassment. The reason I had bought such a luxurious car was comfort, which is far from what I recieved. Though my car is still in guarantee period, I have had to pay a lot for its repairs for which I was not responsible. Its been a dissapointment buying fiat.
