Manufacturing defect in Punto

I bought a Fiat Grande Punto 1.2 Active from Concorde Motors, Chennai on Mar 31. The brake failed 3 times within 2 weeks of purchase. Concorde Motors picked my car from my home. Its been 5 weeks now. No solution yet. THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM HERE. I see similar complaints in many auto-review websites. This seems to be a huge Scam by Fiat / Tata. Anybody with similar complaints please reach out to me at rajanr@rediffmail.com. I am filing a consumer court complaint
