Dealer refused for warranty but other gave

I am having punto diesel emition 2009 oct. with extended warranty .on june 1 the clutch cylinder collapssed, however i managed to reach the nearest fiat dealer banarasi dass at industrial panchkula.they behaved very bad the gm and even the owner .they said we dont work on warranty go to joshi automobiles chandigarh.i said this a common problem in some models and company is changing it free of cost and moreover i have got extended warranty, they argued very badly.however i managed to reach joshi chandigarh were i got excellent service i was free in half hour.i suggest to ask this dealer explanation who is not having warranty code, how could he sell cars when they cant give service the car is excellent but such dealer are giving bad name to the brand.i am planning even to go to consumer forum.the co.should take serious steps for such dealers to save fiat brand in india
