Mishandling of car while in workshop for service

Car given to workshop for service. Fuel Indicator was working. After service, found not working. Complaint for the same. Attended by the technician but found it was faulty and needs replacement. Cost is 15000/- rupees. It is a rugged item, cannot become useless in a day or overnight. Complaint number:1-13301441221 on 10th aug. 2011. No coorective action taken.
