Mis-Commitment about the availability of Punto

Dear Sir / Madam, after a long follow up 4m d dealer - Dhingra Motors, Gurgaon, I booked a Punto 90HP in Exotic Red Color on 13 March. Now they r saying tht the car is not being manufactured at Fiat India' Pune unit. But post budget the prices will increase hence i do not want to suffer & need someone to take action so tht i can get my desired car on the price agreed by d dealer @ the time of booking. Pls help.
