Problem with offer scheme

Sorry but this is a complaint

from my side

Myself consultant doctor in Apollo hospital.

we booked linea model this month

as your upgrade your fiat offer we participated in this offer but just in between my 8 month kid pressed the computer button accidentally and your site closed immediately...

on reconnecting after that it says that our booking id is registered but no results..

NO REPLY

only we have paid th ebooking amount till now

IS THIS HOW IS YOUR SERVICES GOING TO BE???

LIKE THE FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD?

CAN WE TAKE THE RISK OF PROCEEDING FURTHER IN THIS RELATION???
