Cheating by RF MOTORS

I booked a Fiat Linea with RF MOTORS Cochin on 22 FEB with a full amount of 8.42 lakh rs. They has told me that they will be delivering the car on 28 FEB. But they haven't delivered the car on the same day. They Delivered the car after one and a half months on 4 mar. They again cheated me by not paying the road tax of about 50000 Rs. Now they are not ready to pay me back the amount. On my enquiry to other people, i came to know that this is their usual practise to take full amount of money from people and create unnecessary trouble to people. So if any one wishes to buy a fiat or tata car please avoid RF Motors (Any branch), as they are there not do the business, but to cheat people and spoil the car companies reputation.
