Non-Avaliability of spare parts

I have purchased fiat Linea emotion pack, in the month of November 20 days before my vehicle broke down due to starting problem. When i showed to Pandit auto Akurdi Pune they told us that the starter was not functioning properly and that we will have to replace it. But till date i have not received my vehicle due to the non-availability of starter. The are telling us that the starter is nowt available in Fiat company also. Due to do this reason i am having a financial loss as i have to hire a 4-wheeler daily.

Please look into the matter and reply us as soon as possible.
