Problem in shifting gears

My car is still an warranty period and have already faced problem of shifting my gears and have taken it to the service center 3 times. Shifting the gear from 1 to 2 is a big problem and is very difficult. Insipit of giving it to the service center 3 times they are unable to solve the problem and now they are saying they will need permission from Fiat to open the gear box and check and this may take 10, 20 or even a month.
