Service problem

I sent my car for service in TELMOS AUTOMOBILES, hisar haryana... where they dont act properly to the customers and there service is so bad,

i purchased my car from there showroom only "telmos hisar", my car having a defect in some exteriors body parts like door body color, doors chrome strips, which i requestd them to change that parts of my car. but they always reply me that we dont have that parts in stocks, i got my cars last one n half year ago but still dont have that parts in stock. my car is in warranty for 4yrs from fiat.

kindly i request you review my complaint as soon as possible.
